    • Professional sound system with mini-jack, RCA, and XLR hook-ups and two wireless microphones

    • 5000 Lumen Projector with HDMI connectivity

    • Zone specific light dimmers

    • Coat check facilities, racks and hangers (attendant extra)

    • Fully wheelchair accessible in main room

  • Upon confirmation of your venue booking, the rental fee is invoiced in full.

    30 days prior to your event you will be issued an Additional Services Invoice, which includes any extra services that you enlist from J Lounge. We kindly ask that this invoice is paid 10 business days prior to your event.

    Any post event balance remaining due to over consumption, damage, or excess cleaning will be invoiced accordingly.

  • Yes. We require a COI showing a $5m liability policy naming J Lounge Inc as additional insured for the entirety of the rental day.

  • All weddings require at minimum, a day-of coordinator to be on site. Please look at our PREFERRED VENDOR LIST

  • Candles are permitted in an enclosed holder or votive - no open flames or tapered candles. Confetti, glitter, flower petals, fake snow, and rice are not permitted.

    Tape, nails, tacks, and staples may not be used to post things on the walls. Everything must be free standing. You may use LOW TACK vinyl. Large furniture or stages being brought in must have felt or soft bottoms to prevent scratching the floor. Clients may not install or remove anything from the premise without management’s consent. Licensee will not cover or obstruct any emergency lighting or exits.

  • Yes. All full-day bookings will be granted access starting at 9am on event days. For partial day bookings, access will be granted at minimum 2 hours prior to event start time.

  • J Lounge has an exclusive partnership with White Table Catering & Events, through which we have curated a full, custom menu offering to ensure that every event meets our high standards for quality and service. Please inquire about custom food offerings if needed.

  • No. J Lounge will be a liquor primary license holder, and all alcohol must be

    purchased through our license and served by our SIR certified bartenders.

  • Absolutely! All room rental packages include a professional, experienced DJ, with the ability to speak with your specific performer prior to the event. Bands are welcome as well.

  • Yes. We are fully handicap-accessible in our main hall.

  • Parking is not included in the rental fee. Street parking is available on Hastings, Howe, and the surrounding areas, and there is also parkade parking very nearby. J Lounge is also conveniently located just steps away from the SkyTrain and SeaBus.  

  • Yes. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed onsite.
